Sarah Corliss is the Managing Broker and Owner of Forbes & Associates - Sarah Corliss, offering more than two decades of trusted real estate experience throughout Humboldt County. Licensed since 2003 and a broker since 2011, Sarah is known for her strategic insight, strong advocacy, and hands-on approach for both buyers and sellers.

Sarah represents both sellers and buyers across a wide range of property types, including residential homes, coastal and oceanfront properties, rural and acreage properties, and investment real estate. While she is highly regarded for her expertise in oceanfront and coastal transactions, her practice extends well beyond Trinidad and the coastline to communities throughout Humboldt County. Forbes & Associates was founded in 1985 with a strong emphasis on coastal real estate, a legacy Sarah proudly continues today. The firm’s location in the oceanside town of Trinidad helped Sarah develop a deep understanding of coastal living, geology, marine environments, and the California Coastal Commission—knowledge that proves invaluable when navigating complex coastal transactions.

Sarah’s experience is built on over 20 years in the industry, including 15 years working directly alongside founder Sue Forbes, where she refined her negotiation skills, market expertise, and client-first philosophy. In July of 2018, Sarah assumed ownership of the firm and rebranded it as Forbes & Associates – Sarah Corliss, preserving its respected history while continuing to evolve with today’s market.
