Sarah Corliss is the managing broker and owner of Forbes & Associates Sarah Corliss. Sarah has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and obtained her broker license in 2011.
Sarah's specialty is Seller Representation and Oceanfront / Coastal properties. Forbes & Associates opened in 1985 and was selling oceanfront / ocean view properties since day one, with coastal properties remaining a great emphasis for the firm to this day. The location of the offices in the oceanside town of Trinidad, California helped Sarah hone her skills and knowledge regarding coastal living, ocean properties, the basics of geology, marine environments and the California Coastal Commission.
Sarah's real estate experience is derived from two decades of working in the industry, with 15 of those years training and working directly with founder Sue Forbes.
